My favorite Christian hip-hop/pop songs PT.2

Music is a huge part of my day. From the moment I wake up, to winding down in the evening, I always have music playing.

My PART 1 was more of a chill vibe that I listen to in the morning.

This list is more of my midday vibe. When I’m getting ready or out and about with my ear pods. I really like to zone out when I’m running errands.

I’m a hip-hop, rap and pop music type of girl. My go-to artists used to be: Post Malone, Drake, Metro Boomin, Russ etc.

And to be honest, I’ve known for a long time that what we watch and what we listen to matters. But I’ve purposely ignored that fact until now. Secular music focuses on the things of this world and that’s not what I want.

Trust me it isn’t easy. I’m human and I do find myself wanting to listen to my favorite post Malone songs.

But ultimately I want my music choices to please God and bring Him praise. I want to listen to encouraging & uplifting music as opposed to self-pleasing, vulgar, negative music.
