I know most of you really love to eat at buffet restaurant like me. So today I would like to share with you some tips and tricks on how to eat unlimited buffet without getting full too quick!✨
1️⃣ AVOID EATING TOO MUCH PASTA/STARCHY FOOD
Take less starchy food or pasta because this food will make you feel full real quick. Instead start with lighter food so that you will still have more room even after eating several of them.
2️⃣ EAT EXPENSIVE FOOD FIRST
Always pick the expensive food first for example seafood, beef, or lamb. This way, you can ensure that you are getting what you paid for or even more than what you paid for.
3️⃣ EAT SLOWLY
Chew your food slowly. This will help your stomach to adapt better with variety of food you eat. Take a break for a minute or two in between the meal will help you avoid getting full and bloated.
4️⃣ AVOID SODA
Always choose juice rather than soda. Soda will make you feel more full because of its carbonation.
5️⃣ AVOID WASTING FOOD
Remember to take your food little by little that suit your ability to finish it. Try not to take food more than you can eat. Plus, psychologically, if there’s so many food in front of us, we tend to feel full even without eating too much. Make several trips to take your food instead of wasting it.
