I had a wonderful Michelin Star dining experience at Calia @ KL East Mall last weekend. This restaurant serves a variety of mouth-watering Japanese fushion. I tried some of their signature menu and suprisingly they were scrumptious!✨

I love the combination of Aburi Salmon and its additional side dishes. Hint of sweet and sour taste from these side dishes really whet the appetite.

This is my most favourite dish at Calia. It is so creamy and salty in the best way. This combination was enough to make me digged in more and more of it. It was indeed a flavourful dish!

I love the fact that they cooked the lamb into fork-tender meat. It was easy to eat. Plus the meat was juicy. I really enjoy eating it with pumpkin puree.

They used fresh Hokkaido Scallops. And the taste was gorgeously rich and creamy. Plus the plating was so pretty. I really love it. This is my second favourite here.

The sweet tang from the rich tomatoes plus the saltiness and sourness taste in this dish were so balance. I love how soft and tender the meat was as well as the herbal kick from the various Italian spices used.

This dish is pleasing to the eye! It is uniquely topped with Miso crumble. The taste was so delightful. I love the creaminess of their cheesecake plus its soft crust. I enjoyed eating it with Yamamomo gel and sliced strawberries, it is so refreshing.

Their Matcha is from Uji, Kyoto in Japan and the coffee is from Australian Roasted Coffee Bean. It was thick and creamy. So delish!

I love the decoration of this restaurant. Although they have retail pocket store in their restaurant, it is well-organized. And they make it as an additional decoration in their restaurant which is so creative and attractive. They sell candles, sanitizer, cutletries and so on.

👩🏻‍🍳SERVICE

Calia staffs are so nice and profesional. They great me so well when I first step inside their restaurant. They even show me which menu are the best seller so it is easier for me to choose. Plus, they prepare the food and drinks so fast and efficiently.
