Barry’s Now Open in Scottsdale 💪🏻

💪🏻 Barry’s is a boutique studio that combines 50% cardio training with 50% strength training in their iconic “red room” for 50-minute long HIIT workouts. With locations in major cities like New York, Los Angeles, and London, I was familiar with the brand but had yet to ever take a class. When I learned that Barry’s was opening in Scottsdale, I was excited to try out a class!

🗓️ Each day of the week has a focus on a specific muscle group and I booked a 7:20am Thursday class which meant a focus on “Abs and Ass”. Rolling out of bed early enough to make this drive was not easy but it was well worth it! The entire staff is very welcoming and I recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes early to get acclimated. All you need is a water bottle and workout clothes that can handle some sweat! Towels, equipment and lockers are all provided at no additional cost.
