Affordable Countries To Travel In Your 20’s ✈️

If you’re looking for affordable countries to travel while you’re in your twenties here’s a list of my favorites.

Thailand

Thailand is my favorite country in the world! You can definitely have a fun day, eat well, and sleep in a comfortable and safe place for less than 💰Price:$20 a day. Thailand is also a very safe country with friendly locals, so if you’re a solo female traveler, this is a great destination to explore. In that case, I recommend staying at hotels, as it’s a great way to meet other travelers and save even more on accommodation.

Philippines

Another destination in Southeast Asia that is very cheap is Cebu Island. I recommend it since it’s a lovely and calm island with very affordable prices. Boracay Island is also beautiful and worth visiting, but the prices are a bit higher since it’s more touristy and one of the most visited islands in the world.

If you visit Cebu Island I recommend doing snorkeling with the big turtles and sardines. It’s a lovely experience and it costs 💰Price:$5.

Morocco

Morocco is my favorite African country. I recommend taking a week or two to explore the entire country since each city has its own unique beauty. My favorite is Marrakesh. I loved exploring the Medina and shopping for local handicrafts. Food in Morocco is very cheap if you eat at local restaurants, but expect strong flavors from the spices.

Indonesia

If you’re a first-timer, I know you’ll go for Bali, however, after traveling to many places in Indonesia, I believe Bali is not the best choice. I recommend the Gili Islands. They are much calmer and cheaper, with warm and clean water. I was paying 💰Price:$5 a night with breakfast included for a bungalow near the ocean.
