New Orleans hidden food guide

I just got back from Mardi Gras and did a 24 hour stay in New Orleans and it did not disappoint.

It was a last minute trip but I had a GREAT time. And for me it’s like the food gets better every time I go!

I try to go to places I haven’t tried yet. I avoid the touristy places bc of the long lines and average food and service.

I had brunch at the Market Square in the French Quarters. They have lots of small local mom and pop businesses there.

I stopped by Nawlins Cafe I had the crawfish and corn grits smothered in a house made sauce, I had a side of bread pudding with rum sauce and a voodoo burger. I took off the bacon bc o don’t eat pork but it was AMAZING! if you go to New Orleans check them out! 10/10 and very affordable.
