1οΈβ£ β Push your knuckles to the tip of your nose.
2οΈβ£ β Using one hand, stretch the side of your nose outwards. Stretch the sides of your nose tip inwards using the other hand. Do it on the other side.
3οΈβ£ β Using two fingers, form a straight line and do a up-down motion exercise.
4οΈβ£ β It is almost similar to exercise 3, but this time, use your knuckles just like in the exercise 1!
Do each exercise for 30 seconds and do the whole routine continuously for a much better effect π
