A staple restaurant in Chinatown NYC! 👌🏼

If you have heard about all the amazing cheap eats in Chinatown, NYC. I’m sure you’ve probably heard about this spot. Joe’s Shanghai is a well known restaurant that has been around for a long time. They changed locations to a nicer renovated spot and it’s a great spot for lunch or dinner.

This is a spot that you could definitely bring guests that are visiting from out of town. Just keep in mind that it does get busy and there can be a line for a table! Either arrive early for lunch or book a reservation for dinner.

The xiao long bao soup dumplings are amazing here! They’re so soupy and packed with so much flavor. We tried the crab and pork soup dumplings and I’m a fan! We also tried their Joe Shanghai noodles and they were so delicious! Perfect bouncy texture of noodles.

Don’t forget about their cold appetizers like the wine chicken and braised wheat dough. The braised wheat dough is vegetarian but it honestly has the texture and taste similar to meat! I loved it! 😍
