Any tips on planting ? Especially for Aloe Vera

This is like my third plant, the first one died 🙄 the second one I had it for over a year, it was growing and doing what it was supposed to do. But I moved and forgot it on my balcony 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ and now this one, it’s dying ! At first i had this one inside, I barely water it, i had it in the window so it was getting sunlight, I even changed the pot, it’s still dying . I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong .
