I wasn’t really hyped up for the trip just because it’s with adults and yknow it tends to get a bit… chaotic (for a lack of better words) but it turned out to be a really nice cousin-bonding session / shopping spree / frenzy in the cold.

NO BODY was prepared for the winds, everyone was saying that it’s going to be *air-con weather* but NO!!

Thankfully, I’m *well prepared* though some would say overpacked but my faux leather, denim & calf high boots really kept me functioning!

Yes I braved the cold chilly winds in a short skirt, it was the only fit I was super excited about (yes I planned them in my head) and luckily for me, it was the warmest day of the cold :’)

👕🧦 Uniqlo’s heattach: tops as inner wear AND socks - whoever invented this tysm ily!! I wore them everyday after my 14°C trial

👢Calf high boots - yes it’s a pain to go through immigration but you’ll thank yourself

❄️ ALL UR THICK-NON-SG-OUTERWEAR

🧤GLOVES!!! 🧣SCARVES!! - my hands were freeeeeeezing so much that I just bought one even though I wouldn’t have much wear out of it back in sg

👖🧥 don’t forget denim / leather / thick material bottoms too - I made the mistake of not bringing enough so that’s my excuse for buying new skirts ~

👽 layer ~ layer ~ layer - I love layering! There’s really no rules to it, my personal favourite is a turtle neck with a dress over & an oversized blazer (pic5)
