Easy Homemade Baby Food Recipe 🫶

❣️ It’s so easy and fun to make your own baby food.

Here’s what I used:

🤍 Apples & Squash

🤍 Cinnamon

🤍 Water

✨ Fruit can be really sweet, so I suggest adding a veggie as well.

✨ My blender cooks as well, but if you’re cooking/steaming the food on your stove don’t discard the water - that’s where a good portion of the nutrients will be.

✨ You can also add breast milk or formula.

✨ Bonus Tip: Include your older kiddos in the process to help them feel involved, plus it’s fun!
