Pumping Essentials 🍼

I spent the first month & a half of my daughter’s life, I exclusively pumped since we had a hard time latching. During this time, I found the things that worked the best for me & that I both needed & used on a daily basis.

Momcozy portable breast pump:

I am going to be completely transparent that these obviously do not do the job as well as a hospital grade breast pump. However, for being a portable pump I loved these so much! They did the job of emptying me pretty well. I used them every single day and they are also just so convenient, i never had to be one play while pumping and I could multitask instead of being stuck in one place for 30+ mins.

Haakaa:

This is more of a manual breast pump. I used them every single day, when I would be pumping on one side I use the haakaa on the other to catch any milk.

Warming lactation massagers:

This did WONDERS for me. 110% recommend you get any lactation massager if you are pumping or plan to pump. Not only does it feel amazing but if you have any clogged ducts, these will do the job of helping to get them out. It can also prevent from the formation of clogged ducts.
