Why I do NOT 🙅🏽‍♀️ post my daughter

People always assume that if you decide not to post your child’s face it’s because you “think you’re famous” or say things like “nobody cares” but there are so many reasons that a lot of parents have stopped posting their children’s faces on the internet or have stopped posting them all together. Here are some reasons why I personally do not post my daughter’s face.

🪻: I do not want to violate my child’s privacy. My daughter still is very young so she can’t tell me that she if she’s okay with it or not. So I am very mindful of the pictures I DO post & make sure her face is always covered.

🪻: Nasty/Sexual Comments. I personally have not experienced this but I have seen it done to so many children on the internet. Innocent babies. It’s disgusting and something I will be trying to protect my daughter from with every bone in my body.

🪻: Cyberbullying. If someone doesn’t like you, they will always try and bully children. Just for fun. No child to have to endure any sort of bullying especially when they are so little & CANNOT bother anyone to the point of being bullied.

🪻: I want to give her the choice. I would love to become a social media influencer someday but my choices are not my daughters. I want to give her the choice when shes older & more responsible to decide if she wants her face on social media or not.
