Join me for a work from home morning!

Work from home days are my favorite because it gives me a chance to have a slow morning instead of rushing around to make it to work!

I started my morning off with a trip to the gym, followed by a shower, some breakfast and coffee. Then I did some #selfreflection and morning silence before I hopped on a zoom call.

These kind of mornings are needed every once in a while & and shared the reminder I got as I was sitting down for my meeting 🫶
