Hot Girl Fall 🍂 🍃

Now that we are almost through with October, I thought it would be a perfect time to share things things I’m loving and doing to have a hot girl fall.

1. Summer Fridays lip balm & not pictured the @Summer Fridays jet lag face mask.

2. Coffee runs with friends on the weekends. Also, having coffee from home Monday-Thursday.

3. Hot girl walks, duh. Taking advantage off the nice weather we’ve been having this fall!

4. Sound machine @Hatchforsleep and a humidifier for the best nights sleep. Also, not pictured magnesium.

5. Simmer pots. I’ve been doing this on Saturdays after my apartment reset. I just throw whatever fruit I have left over from the week into a pot of water and boil for hours. This weekend I refilled the pot at least four times 😂

6. Red light therapy. I can’t stress enough how much better my face feels after just a week of doing this for 15 minutes a day. I also started using the total body enhancement booth at Planet Fitness!

7. Reading instead of scrolling before bed.

Some other things not pictured I’ve been doing is:

•Self-Care Sundays. I’ve been a huge fan of being productive on Saturdays and not leaving my 🛋️ on Sundays.

•Crockpot meals on Sundays, again going along with my lazy Sunday ⛅️

•Extra skin care with the changing weather. I recently discovered @Eight Saints skin care and it’s been a life changer for my skin!

•Fair life protein shakes. Literal chocolate milk. 46 grams of protein making it even easier to hit my protein goal for the day!

•The color brown. I can’t explain my recent obsession, but I can’t stop buying things in shades of brown. Sweatshirts, sweatpants, claw clips, leggings, my nails. All brown everything 🐻

•Fidgets. Also not sure my recent obsession with fidgets or if it’s because I’m a therapist so I also have them on me but I fidget with one daily, pretty much everywhere I go.

•Podcasts, obviously. My go-to’s are ALWAYS The One Thing Pod, 80/20, and Hot Girl Energy Pod. But more recently I’ve been getting into The Toast just to hear the latest celeb gossip.
