Transitional Spring to Summer Outfit

Combining fabrics can be a great way to elevate your look and add interest to your outfit. One of my favorite combinations are linen and cashmere for that spring to summer transitional period. I also really enjoy pairing together silk and leather for the winter to spring transitional time. (You can also combine textures, which is identified by how the garment feels.) When combining cashmere and linen, I took into consideration the weather and knew that I wanted to start bringing out my summer wardrobe slowly as the weather changes while also still wearing some of my warmer items with my favorite summer pieces. This cashmere top from brass is a lightweight sweater that doesn’t overheat my body like most other cashmere items do.
