Why I chose to go Bald 👩🏼‍🦲

Welp… I really liked my locs but they were so high maintenance. I got them thinking it would be easy. There’s so many stages of locs, so many things to learn, so many dos and donts, and the ADHD in me was overstimulated daily😫 wondering if I’m taking care of them right and if they’d blossom to what I envisioned them too, on top of balancing my retwist days with doing my daughters hair😭

So I got some handy dandy scissors and got the cutting. Of course I went and got it done professionally too but omg so glad I did!!!!!

I kid you not I get over 10 compliments on a daily, far more compliments than any locs or weaves 🤔. Who know the people love bald heads! 🥰
