I had AIR for dinner…

Is AIR CCCC worth the hype? I totally think so! Walking on the wooden walkway was as though as we got transported into a place away from the city 🏙️

Here’s my little review:

Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes 🍅

Hella refreshing & love the sweet touch of jackfruit The vegan cashew “ricotta” brought it all together so well.

Grilled Tiger Prawns 🦐

This was sooo good… like SO good. The flavours of the prawns were literally dancing on my tongue 🥹 The puffed rice added great texture but kinda took the limelight from the crunchiness of the prawns. But the pickled shallot butter that coated it all was truly chef kiss

Grilled Wild Sea Bass 🐟

Another dish that made my eyes pop, it reminded me of miso cod but make it sea bass… yums 🥹 The coconut cream at the bottom added another layer of flavour to the dish!!

Glazed 1/2 Kampong Chicken 🐓

The meat was so tender!! The thigh meat was stuffed with a lemongrass paste that made it so tasty (would be so good if the whole chicken was stuffed w that!!) the wing reminded me of bbq wings from the hawker 🤤

Jackfruit Old Fashioned & Lemongrass Gimlet 🍸

The drinks were interesting but it tasted much better while having the food.

Overall:

Price: $100+ /pax

*We went around 5pm so we could enjoy both the day & nighttime views! You could chill outside after your meal but there’s gonna be some bugs since it’s out in the nature~
