The Best Things About Womanhood ✨

Lately I’ve been reflecting on my life as a 26 year old woman, and these are some of the things that make me feel whole and happy:

1. The feeling of getting my hair done! Every other month I get a hair glaze and a fresh trim, and it makes me feel brand new.

2. The feeling of a fresh mani-pedi. Every time I get my nails done, I feel so polished and put together! Nails are worth investing in, because you work with and show your hands every day.

3. The feeling of spending time with my absolute best friends. These are the girls that make me laugh so hard that I can’t breathe, and bring out the best version of myself. Surrounding myself with genuine and loving people is something I’ll never take for granted.

4. Quick breakfast runs after a fun girls night out! My besties and I always opt for bagels and coffee, and reflect on our fun night in our pajamas. These are the moments that I’ll always remember.

5. Going to reformer Pilates classes 4-5x per week. Ever since I switched from HIIT cardio to low-impact exercise, my physical and mental health drastically improved. My Pilates classes are full of women who support each other, and I appreciate that every day.

6. Girl dinner! Some days, I put together a beautiful and balanced meal. Other days, it’s straight up girl dinner. Some nights call for frozen chicken nuggets, fries and wine!

7. Reading a juicy romance novel outside in beautiful weather. Whether it’s CoHo, ACOTAR or Fourth Wing, I always look forward to reading a good spicy book curled up outside on the patio.

8. Building a self-care shower shelf, because self-care is so important! Stocking it with my favorite products makes taking an everything shower feel like an accomplishment.
