How I Make My White Shoes Look Brand New 👟🍋

White sneakers always sound like a great idea until they get dirty. 👟 Don’t worry, I have an easy solution for that! Here’s how I make my white shoes look brand new again:

INGREDIENTS: to start, you’ll need baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, dish soap and an old toothbrush. I like to use the Dawn Power Wash dish spray so I can easily spray it right on my shoes!

After unlacing and removing the inserts from my shoes, I douse them with dish soap, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, I scrub away with a toothbrush I have dedicated to shoe cleaning. Then, I take a cup of water, mix in all three of those ingredients and soak my shoelaces in the solution.

Let the shoes and laces soak for 20 minutes. Then, add a tide pod, Oxi Clean and distilled white vinegar to your washing machine drum. Put the shoes and shoelaces directly into the drum and wash on warm to really get those stains out. My washer has a bulky items setting, so I usually choose that one. If your washer doesn’t have that setting, you can wash your shoes on normal mode.

Once your shoes and shoelaces are washed, pop them right into the dryer and dry them on high heat. They will come out nice and warm, and look brand new!

Now you can walk around in your brand new white shoes. 👟 🚶🏻‍♀️🫶🏼
