A trip to the art gallery 🖼

There are so many nice shots you can get out of a trip to an art gallery. The only thing you need to do is prepare! I would usually look up photos on Pinterest to get inspiration before I go to an art gallery. This way, I get to practice how I’ll be posing in front of the camera! Here are some of my go-to poses that you can take inspiration from when you also visit an art gallery. 💓

Pose Idea 1:

Take photos of you walking around. A full body pic wherein you’re looking to the side and walking parallel to the camera is an easy pose you can do to make it look natural.

Pose Idea 2:

In most art galleries, there are seats. Take advantage of those and use it as a prop. Take pictures of you sitting down with your legs crossed. Angle your body a little to the side to elongate your legs. Avoid facing the camera straight on when sitting down because this can make you look shorter.

Pose Idea 3:

Standing poses look more natural when your body weight is shifted to one side. You can pose in front of the art work while facing the camera a bit and get a closer shot to take a more detailed photo of your top.

Pose Idea 4:

This is a great pose for our shy girlies! Look at the painting and take a photo with your back view. Make sure to center the angle and stand straight for better posture! This can help you look taller.

These poses are so easy to do and can be applied on any outfits you wear on your next gala! 💓

I was inspired by those french outfits I see on pinterest while browsing through museum photo inspos. I just wore a plain white photo and a pair of wide leg blue jeans. To make my outfit look a bit more fashionable and more european, I decided to bring my trench coat and some black shades. As for my shoes, I wore my pointed sandals to make me look a bit taller since I’m wear a long trench coat. Pointed sandals are the best for short girls like me because it gives the illusion of longer legs.
