Hey Zesties 🍋 I recently went on a 8D7N trip to Hokkaido, Japan. My first stop was Sapporo and this is a list of my MUST-EAT places!
Amazing ramen shop which serves shrimp miso broth, a Hokkaido specialty 🍜 Other than ramen, we got a plate of gyoza to share too!
A seafood-lover’s heaven! Aisles of fresh seafood and sashimi restaurants 🍣 The ikura-don and melon soft serve🍦 from Oguma Shoten (小熊商店) were our top dishes there

Cute lil cafe w cute lil sandwiches and amazing coffee! ☕️ The egg mayo toast was 💯
Ice cream and chocolate, what’s not to love? 🤩 We also tried their haskaap tea, which a hokkaido winter berry. Their red bean soup w mochi was *chefs kiss* too 😛
This was a super incidental find and a hidden gem! We ordered the Beef Soup Curry🍛, a dish originating from Sapporo. It came with 9 kinds of veg and this dish absolutely blew my mind 🤯🤯 Till this date, I still think of it and wish I could find smth similar in SG 😢
🇯🇵Masuda (增田うどん)
This hole in the wall udon shop sells the most delicious udon I’d ever tasted 🍜 You know it’s a good place when 1) there are no more than 15 seats, 2) the patrons are all locals, and 3) they only have a Japanese menu 🤭
