Just a few of my fav quick and healthy snacks!
1. fruit + Greek yogurt and protein powder: my fav combo is honey crisp apples and plain nonfat Greek yogurt with peanut butter or vanilla protein powder. You can also add agave or honey and cinnamon 🙌🏼
2. Veggies + edamame hummus (or regular hummus): edamame hummus recipe is on my insta! High in protein and easy to make 🥰
3. Stuffed dates: my fav combo is dates, mashed raspberries, almond butter, and dark chocolate, but you can make whatever combo you like!
4. Dry roasted edamame: literally the easiest thing to grab or add into salads if you need a lil extra protein!
5. Air popped popcorn: I have this popcorn maker linked on my Amazon storefront in my bio. I use it like 3x a week and it’s my fav thing ever 🙌🏼
