Wet ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup whole milk plain yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 mashed ripe bananas
Dry ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 cup PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
*1/4 cup Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325Β°
2. (Mix wet ingredients together) In a large mixing bowl- add brown sugar, coconut sugar, and melted butter & whisk; Add yogurt, vanilla extract, eggs, and mashed bananas. Whisk again.
4. In a separate bowl, Mix dry ingredients together and stir until combined.
5. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Once combined, stir in chocolate chips.
6. Spray bread loaf pan with oil and transfer mixture to pan.
7. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Place on wire rack to cool.
