My Weekly Scalp Oiling Routine 👩🏽🦱 ⚡️ 🌱
🌸 Materials I Use:
• High frequency wand
• Derma roller (0.5mm or 1.0mm needles)
• Carrier oil (coconut oil, jojoba oil, argan oil)
• Essential oils (rosemary oil , tea tree oil)
• Scalp massager (manual / electric)

Steps:
🌸1. High Frequency Wand:
• helps to stimulate blood flow to the scalp, kill bacteria & promote hair growth.
•Do this for about 5-10 minutes.
🌸2. Derma Rolling:
• it creates tiny punctures in the scalp, which helps in better absorption of oils & stimulates collagen production.
• Roll the derma roller gently over your scalp in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions. Spend about 1-2 minutes on each section of your scalp.
• Avoid overdoing it to prevent irritation.
🌸3. Oil Application:
• Mix a few drops of your chosen essential oil with a carrier oil. A good ratio is 3-5 drops of essential oil per tablespoon of carrier oil.
• Warm the oil slightly by rubbing it between your palms.
• Use your fingertips to massage the oil into your scalp for about 5 minutes. This helps in better absorption & stimulates blood flow.
🌸4. Scalp Massager:
• Use a scalp massager to further stimulate your scalp & distribute the oils evenly.
• Massage your scalp with the massager for another 5-10 minutes.
🌸5. Leave the Oil:
• Leave the oil on your scalp for at least a few hours or overnight for maximum benefits. You can wear a shower cap to avoid staining your pillow if you leave it overnight.
🌸6. Wash Out:
• Wash out the oil the next day with a gentle shampoo. You may need to shampoo twice to remove all the oil.
Frequency:
• I do this routine 1 time a week.
This routine is improving scalp health, promotes hair growth & maintain a healthy scalp.
