Seafood Boil Sauce:

- 2 sticks unsalted Butter

- 1 stick Kerry Gold Garlic Butter

- Heavy Whipping Cream (A couple splashes)

- Juice 1/2 Lemon

- 6-8 Cloves Garlic

- Minced Garlic

- 1/2 Onion

- Parsley

- Garlic Powder

- Onion Powder

- Old Bay

- Tony’s Creole

- Cajun Seasoning

- Jamaican Seafood Seasoning (optional)

- Salt free Lemon Pepper

- Paprika

- Salt free Garlic Herb

- Dash Chicken bouillon

- Brown sugar

Additional Ingredients:

- Seafood of your Choice

- Andouille Smoked Sausage

- Red potatoes

- Fresh or frozen Corn

( 1 Tablespoon each seasoning)

Bake 375 for 40-45 minutes

Steps To Prepare for baking:

1. Clean Seafood

2. Boil potatoes until fork tender

3. Boil corn 10 mins

4. Sear Sausage

5. Prepare Sauce on medium heat on the stove

6. Combine seafood, corn, potatoes, sausage & sauce in a deep baking dish

7. Bake covered on 375 for 40-45 minutes
