Finally got around to trimming my ends. I’m ashamed to admit that my last haircut was in 2021 (I usually get one once a year 🫣) I feel so free. Also, happy that my curls will look much healthier.

What I look for when trimming my ends: breakage, brittle, dry, stringy, split ends. Especially the curls that look flat and don’t take product anymore. I prefer trimming my ends when my hair is dry (after a dried wash and go), so I can see what’s going on and my curl patterns.

Soon, I’ll be going in for a full cut to really frame my face and give my curls better style.
