Our Breastfeeding Journey!

Being able to solely breastfeed my third baby after not producing enough to feed my other two has been a DREAM COME TRUE! ✨

A few things I have found to be helpful: drink LOTS of water. The Haaka latch helps catch your let down so you’re not wasting milk, and my favorite on the go breast pump: the Willow Go!

Only pump when absolutely necessary and feed as often as baby would like. There is no need to get baby “on a schedule”, they will figure out their schedule as they grow and it will be a lot easier to let them do what they need to do for their bodies.

And most of all, TRUST yourself, your body, and your mind to make the best decisions for YOU and YOUR BABY!
