What my active rest days have looked like lately ✨

Something I learned recently after moving to Dallas a couple years ago is I LOVE to dance. I didn’t realize it until recently but growing up I never really felt comfortable dancing or expressing myself through movement.

When I moved to Dallas I wanted to try a new hobby so I started taking pole fitness classes and that was the start of it. After that I took bachata classes for a little bit (which I’m getting back into now with my boyfriend- so fun!!) but stopped after a couple of months due to my work schedule changing. I had a friend that introduced me to the EDM scene and my first festival I was so mesmerized by all the different flow toys and styles of dance and expression- I wanted to find my own.

Being able to just move my body and flow has been such a great form of release. Dancing/flowing helps me tap into my feminine energy by focusing on the present moment instead of worrying about the past or future. I feel confident, beautiful, strong, and sexy while feeling delicate and soft at the same time.
