Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast, cubed
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside. π
2οΈβ£ SautΓ© the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. π§π§ π«
