I’ve been completely relying on this meal for dinner lately as a busy and always exhausted grad student. It’s super easy, quick, and balanced/healthy!

Ingredients;

Trader Joe’s Cauliflower gnocchi

Trader Joe’s creamy tomato basil sauce

Spinach (I do like a cup but measure with your heart)

Turkey meatballs

Airfry your Turkey meatballs and when about halfway done, add your cauliflower gnocchi with a light spray of olive oil or your cooking oil of choice until slightly crisp and until meatballs are cooked through (I get the premade Turkey meatballs from Trader Joe’s so this is just re-heating them, not cooking them.)

On a low heat setting, heat your spinach and add your tomato sauce. Combine with your gnocchi and Turkey meatballs and bam! 10ish minute dinner done! I even pre-heat all my meatballs for the week on Sunday to make it even quicker. Super easy, balanced, and yummy! Top with Parmesan and fresh basil :)
