I have tried to be more consistent in my journal. It is an activity that calms me and helps me keep my mind busy. It is honestly one of the best habits that I have adopted and hope to maintain.

I have tried so hard to be consistent that I have invested not only time but also bought a new printer as well as a Polaroid printer, which also helps me enjoy it more! 🩷
