MICHELIN STAR STEAKHOUSE IN SG 🍴

I finally managed to visit the restaurant that has been on my to go list for the longest time and it was such a lovely experience !! The space and dim ambience was super romantic and definitely great for date nights. Here’s my breakdown of the prices and ratings for the dishes i tried :

FOOD REVIEW

Complimentary Bread 🥖 ($0)

We started off with a complimentary bread basket which consisted of a wide variety of freshly baked bread + cheese sticks. Truffle butter (highly recommend) and salted butter were also served alongside the bread and i think they compliment really well ! The bread was buttery and soft inside with a slightly thinned crust. very yummy!

Maryland Blue Crab Cake 🦀 ($42)

Y’all have to try this…. it’s worth every penny I swear. I know the price looks absurd but it’s hands down the best crab cake I have ever tasted. It’s fully loaded with meaty chunks of fresh blue crab meat that was so tender it just melts in your mouth. I still dream about this till today 😭 would definitely go back for it.

New York Sirloin, 350g 🥩 ($112)

The steak I ordered was the USDA Prime, Illinois Corn Fed, Aged 21 Days New York Sirloin. The cook on the steak was medium rare and they definitely nailed the temperature on it. The cut on the steak was also very juicy and tender ! Overall, it was an enjoyable steak but honestly not the best I’ve tasted :( The steak was also huge I would have been good by just sharing one with my friend.

Peanut Caramel Bar 🥜 ($24)

We were already quite full after mains and wanted to skip desserts but the waiter told us that we couldn’t leave without trying this ! It’s one of their signature desserts on the menu and we caved in to give it a try. It was such a simple yet tasty dessert presented so beautifully. I think the banana ice cream went really well with the bar and balanced out the overall sweetness.

Rough love 🥂 ($26)

I ordered their best seller cocktail, a concoction of Tanqueray No. Ten, Champagne, and Shiso Umeshu. This is a great option for individuals who enjoy light and sweet cocktails! It was very refreshing and a great palate cleanser between bites.

Do remember to make a reservation with them in advance as they tend to be very packed !
