I’ve had chronic back pain for almost two years now, and only recently have found habits that have been working for me! I have been practicing these consistently in order to see some results now

1. Allow true rest - I love working out, but allowing your body to rest and heal itself is so important. Sitting still can be so productive if you allow yourself to do so!

2. Using a heating pad - I have been using my heating pad for about 30 min most mornings and love it! It not only provides relieve, but it helps loosen my muscles early in the day

3. Modify workouts - when I do move, I meet myself where I’m at and don’t push myself too hard. If something doesn’t feel right, I skip it or modify it to something that works for me!
