all-time favorite reads 📚

Presenting my all time favorite books that I will ALWAYS recommend to a friend. If you know me or have asked for recs, I have definitely given you at least one of these

1. All the Light We Cannot See - a heartbreaking, beautifully written story of a girl in France and a boy in Germany during WW2. The way their stories come together is moving

2. The Heart’s Invisible Furies - the story of an Irish man, clever and so moving. I became so attached to the protagonist and found myself so sad when it was over.

3. Kite Runner - get the tissues ready… this is so powerful and eye opening. A story that will stay with you for a long time

4. Betty - another heartbreaking story of a young girl in the 1950s. Themes of family, grief, womanhood, and more will keep you so invested.

5. The Nightingale - my first kristin hannah read… so gorgeous. Long, but reads like butter and you will fly through it. If you love historical fiction, start here
