one of my dinner favorites 🤝 this chile lime salmon bowl
what you need:
salmon filet
Trader Joe’s chile lime seasoning
fresh broccoli
whole garlic cloves
jasmine rice
olive oil
salt and pepper
butter
how to make it:
coat the salmon fillets with chile lime seasoning from Trader Joe’s and bake for 17 minutes at 375 F
while your salmon is cooking, chop your broccoli into small florets.
then, sauté the broccoli in a pan with whole garlic cloves, a splash of water, lots of olive oil, and salt and pepper. cover your pan with a lid and simmer for about 12 minutes on medium to high heat. make sure to stir occasionally and add more oil if your broccoli looks too dry!
prepare your rice according to the package. the best rice to water ratio is 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water.
once the rice is cooked, add a spoonful of butter and mix well until melted. this adds delicious flavor!!!
once all components are finished, plate your dish and enjoy!
