Easy 7 ingredient thumb print cookies

-2 cups of flour

-1 cup of powdered sugar

-1 egg

-2/3 cup of butter cubed

-2 teaspoons of vanilla

-Jam

1. Add flour and sugar in bowl and mix before adding cubed butter. Mix until evenly distributed then add egg. Once the dough starts to form add in vanilla.

2. Roll dough into little balls then flatten them before making an indent of your choice. (To make the heart I used my fingers and just indented it until it looks like a nice heart.) Fill the shape with jam, I used strawberry.

3. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
