My first Mother’s Day - single mom edition

My first Mother’s Day was TOUGH! I never expected going into motherhood to be a single mama, but life happens! I was lonely, depressed, and not wanting to celebrate, when my family stepped it!! My parents and siblings made my first Mother’s Day so very special for me! They made me a wonderful meal, watched the baby so I could rest and shower (which they do often!!) and a family friend got me a beautiful gift! Little things like this made the day soooo much better, but what really made it worth it… my sweet baby! She is such a blessing and God knew just who I needed and sent her my way! She makes each day worth living more and more! Single moms - you CAN do this! No matter your situation, you are a great mama, a beautiful soul, and God sees you!! You’ve got this💗
