Quick and Easy Kimchi Jeon/Pancake🧑🏻‍🍳

I am missing Korea a little more today 🥹 Decided to make some quick and easy Kimchi Pancake for dinner! You can get this at any Korean Mart, I got it from Compass One!

🇰🇷How to make Kimchi Pancake:

The Pancake mix consist of the flour and kimchi itself!

🥣The Batter:

Simply pour all the flour into a bowl, mix with 200ml of water, mix well. Afterwards, add in the kimchi packet and give it a good mix again!

*at this point, you can add more ingredients to your liking such as onions, capsicum, bell pepper etc

🍳The cooking:

On a hot pan, add just a little oil (or if you have oil spray that will be good). Using a ladle, pour the mixture in until you cover the whole pan. Let it sit for 2-3mins on medium heat before flipping it over for another 2-3mins. You can wait longer for a crisper taste!

It’s that simple!! I would say for $7.20, it is good for sharing! I made a total of 2 big piece from that batter😙
