How I stay feeling my best!
1. Allow true rest regularly - I love walking and low impact workouts, but those don’t count as rest. Rest is so important and productive for your body and mind. Allowing myself to be truly still at least once a week has helped me so much over the last year
2. Move in ways that are fun, flexible, and feel good - movement is about so much more than burning calories and changing your body. It is meant to be fun and flexible, not rigid and unpleasant. Find the workout that works best for you and that feels good!!! For me this is spin classes and outdoor walks
3. Keep meals simple and balanced - not only does this save time, but balancing macros is important in fueling properly and feeling my best!
