why I love it: physically, cycling has built my endurance like nothing else I’ve tried. I have felt myself get stronger and my endurance build over the years which is amazing. Mentally, spin keeps me grounded and allows me to be in the present. It also provides a sense of community!!
2. Outdoor walks
Like spin, going on walks grounds me. It also gives me time and space to think things through and clear my head. Not to mention the daily dose of fresh air!! Physically, it’s a great low impact exercise and a great chance to listen to a podcast or audiobook
3. Hot yoga & hot yoga sculpt
I love hot yoga classes when I want a low impact sweat and when I want to zen out. The combo of Pilates like light weights & meditation/breathwork is the perfect balance for me!!
