work from home morning habits!!

these are 3 things I like to do when I’m working from home!

1. Early morning pages - this helps me fully wake up both mentally and physically in the morning, especially if it’s super early!

2. Morning steps - I like to try and get fresh air in the morning before sitting down at my computer (this also helps me wake up and just clears my head!)

3. Balanced and simple breakfast - a balanced plate in the morning not only fuels me for the work ahead, but also is a delish form of self care to keep me feeling my best!
