Berry smoothie bowl:
Frozen berries
vanilla protein powder
Water or milk
Granola
Peanut butter
fresh fruit of choice
Blend your berries, protein, and liquid.
pro tip - start with enough water to cover 3/4 of your fruit content in the blender, then add from there as needed! pop in the freezer for 5 min before adding your toppings
Top with your granola, fruit, and peanut butter, and enjoy your balanced meal or snack!
