The room was clean and spacious !! Bidet and having Netflix available were plus points, although the Netflix title is in Vietnamese. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety. And the main reason why we booked this hotel is of course for the infinity pool !! The pool opens as early as 730am. That’s the best time to head to the pool with nobody to enjoy the pool & view 😌

The hotel staffs were amazing and very helpful, they allow us to check in early at 1 pm, recommended places for us to go, and even helped us book a couple of rides at a very reasonable price which assures us that we are not getting scammed especially like places in Sapa where Grab is not available. Highly suggest that y’all get your hotel to get a ride for you instead of negotiating with a random taxi driver as you do not know what’s the market rate.
