how to not freeze in winter 🥶❄️

recently went to Seoul and was really under prepared for the weather as it was really windy! i thought i'd be able to handle the cold with my 500g fleece leggings so i only brought thin pants but i was so wrong...

so here the top 3 tips for your next winter trip💡

1. layering is a must‼️

• at least 3 layers on subzero days e.g. thermal wear,

sweater & outerwear. i only wore 2 layers for my

bottoms but i would recommend wearing 3 but this

depends on whether you feel cold easily or if your pants

are thick enough

2. don't scrimp on thermal wear🧤

• get the uniqlo heat tech leggings or you can get some

while you're travelling there as it's really affordable! i

got a thermal top from daiso myeongdong for

5000KRW ≈ 5SGD 🤑. not sure if i was unlucky but my

taobao fleece leggings didn't keep me warm even with

jeans over it 😭 rmb to get heat tech gloves, socks &

ear muffs too!

3. bring heat packs ♨️

• imo 2 heat packs a day is sufficient if you get the

correct ones, my friend bought some from

dondondonki and it lasted about ~12h! or if you don't

want pack it there, you can get them at daiso too! heat

packs are super helpful when it gets really windy, or

when you're taking out your outerwear for cute pics 🤣
