I’ve been having this layout for almost a year already and it’s so aesthetically pleasing. I created the app icons myself using canva. And I used the shortcuts app to add them to my Home Screen. I love it because whenever I press on my apps it takes me directly to the app and no other random page. The only con about it is that you won’t see the red number when you have an unread message or notification.
