these are 5 things that definitely improved my skin!
#1 SKINCARE is KEY! I definitely wash and use my skin care products 2x a day in the morning and before I go to bed! I never sleep with makeup on and this is a very important step for me.
#2 SKIN PREP. I definitely like two use Vitamin E oil before I put on my moisturizer to have a nice smooth canvas before I put on my makeup products!
#3 PRIMER. I have combination skin so I use two different types of primers: Elf & Milk primer to be exact! Silicone and water base. To cover up those pores.
#4 WHAT YOU EAT! Ever since I started my fitness journey and I started to eat clean I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin. My face has never been like this in such a long time. I’ll get pimples here and there mostly around the TIME OF THE MONTH, but I barely eat any sweets or greasy foods.
#5 VITAMINS. Like I said ever since I started my fitness journey I started to eat clean, drink my vitamins. The more you take care of yourself the more your skin thanks you!!
