Tooth badly decayed but phobia to go dentist

My front tooth have decayed since 4/5 years back.

I was always phobia in going to dentist no matter what .

Long long story！

on & off I will feel pain on the gum.

It affects my whole mouth and leads to migraine badly .

☹️☹️

Any things can cure this ?

But don’t want to go dentist ?

I’m very phobia to go dentist.

If I go for GA, it will be very expensive and also need to put at needle 🪡 on my hand too. I’m very afraid of needle too .

Please advise if using all this got cure or not ? 🙏
