Brightening toner recommendation 😍

Hi lovelies! I know before this i ada share hydrating toner and such but this time it is a brightening toner! Dengan cuaca dekat Malaysia ni obviously this is a must in our skincare routine 👍🏻 it does pudarkan dark spots but kalau nak putih seputihnya tak la sebab dia cerahkan bukan putihkan kulit.
