I still am enabling my abuser to by having contact with her ; my own mother , she is the one person who was supposed to protect me and she … you guessed it , was the one who hurt me most & he’s the only reason I’m able to keep pushing her away little by little day by day.

us experiencing this emotional abuse filled with enmeshed , disturbing inability to utilize confrontation/conflict skills, This experience has made us soulful and rich for lifetimes to come.

We overcame some of the most awkward and seemingly impossible situations. We’ve grown from it. We’ve loved each other through it.

& most importantly you’ve taught me not everything needs to be addressed & I can’t thank you (him) enough for that.

He makes it look so easy to pick ur created family & he’s made it fierce to defend us also. Thank you for being such a better man now that you know better :)
